It is exhausting to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, and like you’re walking on eggshells with the people you love - maybe even with yourself. You know something needs to change but you don’t know how to change it.

Maybe there has been trauma, or maybe people just don’t understand. For people who have experienced trauma, there is an additional weight: issues with trust, feeling unsafe, triggered, ashamed, not knowing what is wrong.

I can help.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to providing my clients with the care, guidance, and support they need to make positive change in their lives. I work to create a safe and nurturing environment where we can bring attention to old patterns and develop new skills. My approach is non-judgmental and grounded in respect.  I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique situation, struggles, and goals; building tools to change behavior, improve relationships, and feel better.

Many factors contribute to who we are, what we do, how we feel about ourselves, and how we relate to the important people in our lives. I work with clients to understand and change the ways that family influences, past experiences, and strong emotions work together to impact our actions, relationships, and sense of self.

I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist with experience working and living with people who are gender expansive and neurodiverse. I am fully trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused CBT, The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, and Trauma-Informed Care.

I can help. Text or call or email me today for a free 15-minute consultation.

Finding Center

Being centered is a feeling of balance and self-awareness where things seem possible. It is feeling grounded, solid, and clear.  It understands the “big picture” and how it connects to this current moment. It can be here one moment and gone the next... getting it back again is a daily practice.
